Fox Creek Golf Community Subdivision

Crandall has provided engineering design and construction management services for the Fox Creek Golf Community Development in Dieppe, NB. This residential and commercial land development project currently has 320 residential lots and 14 hectares of commercial lots and development is continuing. The project included the design of over 8 km of residential streets and municipal services including water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems. The municipal system includes water transmission mains, a sanitary sewer lift station, sanitary trunk sewers and several storm water management ponds.
